Minutes of the Special Meeting

1)      Call to order:     Mayor Kelly called the meeting to order at 9:04 pm. 
All members were in attendance except Mark Beaven. 

Purpose:    To receive the report for the Director of Public Works
                  And discuss the interim time period for a foreman.
                  The Meeting was called by the Mayor .

“That the agenda for the special meeting of  May 26,2010  be adopted as circulated .”

        Closed Session:  

        1.          To receive the report for the hiring of the Director of Public Works

        2.         Foreman for the interim

4.1  Enter into Closed Session:

Moved by  Bill Thompson                   Seconded by   Jim Nelemans

“That the Council adjourn the Public Session of Council and enter into a Closed to the Public
Session for a matter pursuant to the Municipal Act, Section 239 (2)  (b)  Identifiable Individual  at 9:05 pm .”

4.2 Adjourn the Closed Session:

Moved by   Paul Gowing                     Seconded by  Bill Thompson

“That the Council adjourn the Closed to the public session and re-enter regular open session of
council at 10:02 pm .”

Disposition      Carried.

4.3  Report to the Public from Closed Session.

                                                A matter concerning an Identifiable Individual were discussed.

            "That the meeting be adjourned at  10:02 pm. and this is deemed to be
