Call to order:
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Dorothy Kelly at
7:30 pm with all members in attendance, except Mark Beaven, who was absent.

since her stepson is the applicant; and Lynn Hoy declared a Pecuniary Interest
for 5.3 in Closed
Session since it concerns a property adjacent to his property.

Mike Thomas presented his report

2. Bluevale Storm Drainage
The survey for the Environmental Assessment on
the Bluevale Storm Drainage Project was reviewed
with no objections by the Council.
Bill Thompson returned to the table.
3. MOE Comments on Landfill
Reports from the MOE were received for review for the Morris Landfill and the Turnberry Landfill.
4. Tender Results of Calcium Chloride

“That the tender for Calcium Chloride be accepted from Da Lee Dust Control at
the tender price
of $0.176 per litre the same as 2009.”

metric tonnes of
Granular ‘M’ Gravel for the North Half of the Morris Ward, Municipality of
Morris-Turnberry,
be accepted at the price of $6.90 per metric tonne;
2a) Supplying, crushing, loading, hauling & spreading approximately 17,
500 metric tonnes of
Granular ‘M’ Gravel for the South Half of the Turnberry Ward, Municipality of
Morris-Turnberry,
be accepted at the price of $6.49 per metric tonne;
3) Crushing and stockpile of approximately 11,000 metric tonnes of Granular ‘M’
Gravel for a
Stockpile at the Woolcock Pit in the Turnberry Ward, Municipality of Morris-Turnberry,
be accepted
at the price of $1.80 per metric tonne.”
