Minutes of the Meeting

1)      Call to order:     The meeting was called to order by Mayor Dorothy Kelly at 7:35 pm with all members in attendance, except Jim Nelemans.

Bill Thompson,            Councillor

Absent:                        Jim Nelemans,             Deputy Mayor

Scott Tousaw              Huron County Planning Department
Terry Matz                  Ratepayer

Mark Beaven stated that since the meeting was not advertised in the newspaper,  he did not consider the meeting to have adequate notice and felt the meeting should be adjourned.

 Councillor Beaven left the meeting.

 The remaining councilors discussed the issue.  Notice had been given on the website, front office counter and office front door and the previous agendas.

 Mayor Kelly adjourned the meeting at 8:05 pm.
